Sea, Sky, & Land

First Remove: Raclette cheese served with soft homemade fish
shaped pretzels (Sea), or a subtlety of individual cheese tarts topped
with vegetable roses.

Second Remove: (Land) Creamy mushroom, and leek soup. Served
with bread.

Third Remove: (Sky) Chicken paprikash, with homemade spätzle,
along with a Brigand’s pancake (vegetable fritter).

Fourth Remove: (Sea) Salmon rissole/croquette, with a green bean
sauté.

Succade: Sugared lemon peels (palate cleanser).

Fifth Remove: (Land) Puff pastry wrapped loin of beef, and pork,
served in a buttery herb sauce, accompanied by honey buttered
carrots.

Final Remove: A subtlety – (Sky) Swan Cream puffs, and cooling
crepes with fruit, and a cloud of whipped cream (sky).

Traveler's Faire

A creamy potato soup and a brothy Italian Wedding Soup will be available in the hall beginning around 8pm. Bread and cheese will fill out the table. 


Please provide your own bowl as there will be limited availability from the kitchen.

Feastcrat Ekaterina Silesia will table a breakfast selection for those brave enough to enter the hall after Friday night's festivities.

Fundraiser Lunch
