Hawke Memorial Lightsaber Tournament
Maestra Hawke was a beloved member of Trimaris until we lost the sound of her laughter last year.
She hosted a Lightsaber Tournament at Trident Tourney, traditionally on Friday night. In her honor, the Barony of Darkwater would like to continue the tradition. This rapier tournament will be double elimination. Glowsticks and duct tape will be provided.

Baroness's Blade
Baroness Thyri's defender must retire his blade and replace it with a younger, faster blade. Don Agustín de León will run the tournament to find the best to protect the Coronet of Darkwater. He will run a single elimination tournament, best two out of three.
May your blade be worthy!
Commedia Workshop
Beatrix of the Shire of TriOs will host a Commedia workshop in the hall! She is seeking active participants to join her. Come learn about period theater and create a piece you will perform for each other! (No, you don't have to learn a script!)
Trident Champion
Sir Fernando Miguel de Valencia y de la Rosa will run His Excellency's Trident Champion Tournament in a rapid-fire "William the Marshal" format. Each fighter will be given several coins at the beginning of the tourney for their ransom, regardless of their Society rank or title. Fighting can be either to incapacitate, as with a regular ransom tourney, or to the death. With each loss, the losing combatant must give up a coin to the winning fighter. As long as a fighter still has a coin they can continue to compete. To up the anti, multiple coins can be bid on a fight, so long as each combatant agrees. When fighters are out of coins, they are eliminated from the tourney. The fighter with the most coins at the end of the time period is the winner.
Sir Nando will go over the format once more before the slaughter begins!
Brigand's Challenge
While everyone is looking forward to the assortment of festivities at the Trident Tourney, the Sherrif has sent out word that all those traveling to the event should take precautions to guarantee personal safety. Travel with an escort, perhaps hide extra weapons on your person, and by all means, keep your wits about you should you be accosted on the road by a brigand!

Details of the Challenge!
All rapier fighters entering this tourney must be escorting someone (to the list field), be it your lord or lady love, a boon companion, or even some motley fool you picked up on the road. At the time of registration, said lady, companion or fool will be given a weapon, in the form of a bean bag dagger, to aid in defeating any would-be brigand who dares cross your path.
This is a multiple-prize tourney; weapons prowess is not the only skill that can win the day.
The fighter with the most kills will win the day, but perhaps not the acclaim of his peers.
Verbal barbs, insults, outright lies… Distract, confuse, and BAMBOOZLE your opponent! Whittle him down with words. The best Insult, Lie, or Comeback will be decided by those who are in attendance to this battle of wits. Should words fail you and, alas, ye be struck down, make it a death worth retelling!
Populace acclaim and show of appreciation will decide who most deserves to be remembered by the bards. This tournament is meant to be a lively romp, lighthearted and playful. I hope all will come and join in the fun.

SeeSaw Tourney
Maestra Vivienne le Corbeau is sponsoring a see-saw tourney in honor of her Elevation to the Order of the Pelican. Teams will be made up of one heavy fighter and one rapier fighter (yes you may be on two teams to fight on both fields). Tournament will be Round Robin format, weapon styles determined by the combatants before each fight, points will be given for each win. Team with the most points will be touted as Victor of the Contemplation and each member of the team will be awarded a basket for the field on which they competed. Additional basket will be awarded to the combatant with the most glorious death of the tournament.
Bard of Darkwater
It is time for the bards of Trimaris to, once more, compete for the title of the Bard of Darkwater. HL Ephrem Orbeli invites you to perform any piece of prose, poetry, or music of your choosing, but preferably something with a brigand or an outlaw theme. The piece does not have to be period.
